Job Description

▪ Identifying potential clients and achieving the sales target of Affordable Home Loans within the
assigned territory.
▪ Maintaining strong customer relationships with both existing and potential customers and
providing good customer service.
▪ Carrying out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
▪ Liaising with the supervisor and other support departments for processing file approvals and
remaining aware of retail products with detailed features.
▪ Managing overdue accounts prudently.
EDUCATION & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Bachelor’s degree from a recognized public or private university in any field.
▪ Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
▪ Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
▪ Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Bangla.
▪ Strong knowledge of computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS:
▪ Salary: BDT 18,000.00 to 30,000.00 (based on competency).
▪ Other benefits: As per company policy.
